More thoughts.

1. Had the Narayan Puja yesterday. Technically, it marks the beginning of the marriage. So the whole thing is beginning with my B'day and ending on Anyesha's.
2. After evening falls you have to stay continually on the move so that the mosquitoes don't get you. So I am walking around all evening.
3. Ishan and Jasho are going to be part of the Borjatri. Ishan came over a couple of days ago, and we had a long chat about this and that. Which is good because at least there will be someone of my age apart from Anyesha at the wedding.
4. My passport reached me safely. With the visa.
5. I am learning a bunch of stuff about Bengali culture. Some of it is interesting. Others, I'll make fun of later.
6. Napit-- Funny word of the day. Diragamon-- Not even remotely funny.
